Great atmosphere, Delicious Food, Great variety of food choices such as Calzones, Desserts, and Pizza. The service was quick and efficient and any time they messed up on any of my orders they were quick to come up with a solution to fix the problem.

This is my go to for broccoli calzone. The dough is perfect, you will smell of garlic but that makes it so delicious. And while you are there you have to pick up a slice of warm pizza, so many kinds to pick from, my favorite is the black olive. They also have so many pasties to choice from. Just the best place for calzone, pizza, pasties in RI.

I have visited this bakery several times now for and or desserts. I was very happy with the quality of their goods. Every time I have been there the service has been great and the restaurant is always clean and organized.

Awesome Italian and Sicilian style bread. The calzones and hand pies are excellent, especially the spinach and eggplant varieties. Good assortment of pastries, traditional Italian and standard fare like brownies and cupcakes. Italian-American "party pizza " is the best and available in single strips or by the box.

They make the BEST strawberry shortcakes I've ever had. Even better than Wright's Dairy Farm RICH.P JOHNSTON RI

Everything about Calvitto's reminds me of an Italian American childhood. Albeit, I used to frequent the other location... the taste is still the same here. Amen. You walk into the place and that fresh baked Italian bread smell just hits you like a ton of bricks. This place small and simple. Not fancy or designed to impress. While I haven't tried the pastry because it doesn't look that great to me... I have tried about all of the savory items and can tell you THIS is the real deal Italian bakery. Let's start with the pizza. What I love about this is that you can grab it by the slide and they heat it for you in the back in the big ovens. Take a few minutes but well worth it when on the run. The pizza is FANTASTIC. Taste like what my grandmother or mother makes on the same pan they used for 40+ years. Italians know pan pizza is all about the rectangle pizza! They nail it here! Spinach pies are traditional and the mini hot Italian sausages are so good! They have mini bruschetta which are loaded with fresh tomato, basil, and a balsamic drizzle! Prices are right and the employees are always friendly and smiling.
